Payment Summary

We will take a first Payment of £ on a Debit/Credit Card for next months subscription.

We will then take an additional monthly payments via direct debit of £ on the 1st of each month. The first Direct Debit will be taken following the next full month.

Annual Subscriptions will increase from the 1st April each year as confirmed by the AGM held in December.

Please pay Royal Harwich Yacht Club Direct Debits from the account detailed in this Instruction subject to the safeguards assured by the Direct Debit Guarantee. I understand that this Instruction may remain with the Royal Harwich Yacht Club and, if so, details will be passed electronically to my Bank/Building Society.

The Direct Debit Guarantee

This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits
If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit the Royal Harwich Yacht Club will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request the Royal Harwich Yacht Club to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request
If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by the Royal Harwich Yacht Club or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society
If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when the Royal Harwich Yacht Club asks you to
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.

RHYC - Monthly Subscription

Conditions of Membership

1. To abide by all the rules and Byelaws of the RHYC as may be amended from time to time.

2. To abide by all the supplementary Rules or Instructions as issued where the applicant/dependent wishes to participate in an event organised by the RHYC

3. The RHYC including all member volunteers and staff do not act “in loco parentis” or in any other supervisory capacity, and that all parents and guardians will be responsible at all times for their dependents either on Club property or on the water.
