EGM, 2nd August
Voting
The General Committee has agreed that voting at the EGM on the 2nd of August will be allowed as follows:
- In person at the EGM
- Voting on Zoom video conferencing– preregistration required
- Voting via email – preregistration required
If you wish to vote on Zoom or via email, please send your request to office.manager@royalharwich.co.uk, no later than the 31st July, and include full names of all members in your household that wish to vote along with email addresses where applicable.
Notes:
- For Zoom voting, each voting member of your household will be required to log in to the video conferencing on the 2nd August.
- For email voting, votes must use the provided form and must come from a verifiable email address for each member voting.
- Email votes must be received by 18:00 on the 1st of August.
