The President formally invites you to attend The President’s Dinner:

Dress Code: Black Tie

Speaker: Josh Hall – ‘Around The World’ Yachtsman and long-time club member

 Starters

Wild Country Pâté with rosemary tuiles, homemade spiced pear chutney, and mesclun spring mix (salad leaves)

Sesame-Seared Yellowfin Tuna Sashimi (raw) served on cucumber kimchi and avocado, with Japanese pickled ginger and chilli ponzu soy dressing

Wild Mushroom & Tarragon Bruschetta on toasted brioche, with beetroot crisps and a drizzle of white truffle oil

Main Courses

Duck Two Ways with saffron-infused fondant potatoes, stir-fried kale, and redcurrant jus

Pan-Fried Stone Bass with bacon rissole, celeriac purée, crispy kale, and crayfish & brown shrimp sauce

Maple Glazed Stuffed Gourd  (Vegan) – served with pearl barley ragout and vegan Parmigiana

Desserts

Deep Dark Chocolate Pot with peanut brittle and vanilla whipped cream

Spiced Pear Pudding with crème anglaise and pistachio ice cream

Classic Cheeseboard with house chutney, cheese crackers, celery, grapes, and apple
